
Tetraploid italic rye grass with intermediate to thick tillers and leaves and very good plant health. It has an intermediate to late cycle and extends its production into early summer. It has been improved for its ability to regrow after grazing and can be subjected to intense grazing throughout its selection cycle. It shows very good resistance to leaf diseases. Due to its italic characteristic, it is a biennial with a high number of productive plants surviving into the second year of the resource.
Seeding rate
– Winter annual pastures with extended production (20-30 kg/ha).
– Short rotation pastures (8-12 kg/ha).
Recommendations for use
– Extended winter annual pastures in paddocks of good aptitude for use, or biennial pastures.
– Paddocks intended for silage due to its excellent quality, given its high leaf/stem ratio, towards the end of spring.
